Do I have to pay any fees for services to stay in Love Abounds Transitional Housing?

No, all fees are paid through generous donations.

Do I have to sign a Lease, Sublease, or Occupancy agreement?

An Occupancy agreement will need to be signed with agreement to term date.

Do have to bring my own toiletries or linen?

No, those will be provided through donations.

Is there are washer and dryer or other appliances on site?

Yes, those items are available for your use/need.

Will supportive services be provided?

Yes, Love Abounds will partner with local community support services as needed to transition participants into permanent housing.

Can I bring a pet?

No pets are allowed inside or outside of housing properties.

Can I smoke, drink, or throw a party?

​

Your transitioning to more permanent housing is forefront, thus no smoking, drinking or parties on premises.

Can I have overnight guest?

Transitional Housing is for the designated participants noted on occupancy agreement. No other guest are allowed to stay overnight. 

Will there be interactions with Love Abounds Staff while staying in Housing?​

Yes, staff will visit as agreed upon times with participants.
